Challenge

The challenge of the project lay in the diverse and irregular residential layouts, requiring custom aluminium windows/doors for non-standard openings—a new demand as we'd rarely handled such complex structures before.

Solution

Our solution commenced with on-site surveys, meticulously measuring each irregular window and door opening to obtain precise data. Leveraging advanced design software, we crafted detailed blueprints and immersive 3D renderings, enabling clients to visualize the final product. Subsequently, we manufactured prototypes using selected premium aluminium materials and high-performance glass.

Rigorous in-factory tests were conducted, focusing on key aspects such as thermal insulation, soundproofing, and structural strength. By simulating real installation scenarios and making iterative adjustments, we not only ensured that every component met the highest quality standards but also verified the ease of installation and long-term durability, ultimately delivering products that perfectly matched client expectations.

Window frames are professionally protected during transportation to ensure they arrive at the construction site intact. Upon arrival, our craftsmen conduct a meticulous visual inspection of the window frames, leaving no minor defect unexamined, laying a solid foundation for subsequent installation.

2. On-site installation: Our installation experts, with their consummate skills, precisely fit the glass into the window frames. They work in close coordination, carefully positioning the glass to ensure its accuracy, which is fundamental to the airtightness and safety of the windows and doors. And our craftsmen are meticulous in every action. When applying glass sealant, the evenly-flowing sealant line not only enhances the airtightness of the windows and doors but also contributes to their aesthetic appeal. During the installation of rubber strips, we ensure a tight fit, further improving the sound - insulation and heat - insulation performance.

3. Finished Product Showcase: After assembly, we apply protective films to the doors and windows. This not only prevents scratches during transportation but also safeguards the surface from damage during subsequent decoration, further demonstrating our unremitting pursuit of quality until the perfect doors and windows are delivered to you.
